Billing

Billing starts when the bot joins and audio capture begins. It stops when the meeting ends or the bot is removed. Idle waiting time is not billed. Billing is per-second, rounded down.
Every new account gets $200 in free credit — enough for 400+ hours of meeting capture. No card required until you exhaust it. Usage is billed at £0.50/hr after that.
Meeting capture and STT share the same £0.50/hr rate, calculated from the audio duration. Direct audio file uploads are billed identically. There are no separate STT charges.
We pause new bot requests until you add a payment method. Existing webhooks and data remain accessible. Nothing is deleted.
